mixed experience, some issues noted

unclean bathroom pushy staff
the location was acceptable.
the room i received was not what i expected. the bathroom was not very clean and felt quite old. also, getting a public taxi proved difficult as the staff seemed to push the private taxi service instead.

creek view excellent price convenient location
I stayed for several nights and found a fantastic location. It's near shopping centers. my room had a beautiful creek view and the price was excellent. the metro is nearby.
I wish the hotel offered a wider variety of food options on their menu. Especially at the breakfast buffet. It needs to change frequently.

the breakfast buffet offers several choices with hot and cold items, I enjoyed fresh pastries each morning. the restaurant's operating hours extend until late, which suited my schedule. THERE are also several restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.

My beautiful king room non-smoking had a king-sized bed and a seating area. It gave ample space. the room included a work desk and complimentary, very fast wifi, SUCH as i need. a safe was available for my valuables.

the reception team facilitated a seamless check-in AND check-out, and they did that with a very warm greeting. the concierge assisted me with directions to local attractions, they were very helpful. room service was prompt and efficient too.
